If for any reason you do not absolutely love your false lashes, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of purchase.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or exchange shipping costs. Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Contact Support@eyelashi.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return instructions, and return mailing address.
2. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package. Print out the authorization Email and include it in your return package.
3. Place your merchandise and printed RA email in the shipping box.
4. Return the package to us using your local delivery service, third party couriers cannot be used as our shipment centre only accepts shipment from the city's government postal service.
5. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
